Beckman has been using the AMAPS family of products since 1978. Beckman started with AMAPS/3000 (HP3000 based) and AMAPS/Q (Mainframe Based), and more recently has been using AMAPS+PLUS. "We thought we were very aggressive when we set a goal of an additional half million dollars in inventory reduction. We were quite pleasantly surprised to see that we exceed this by almost 50%".
